Summary
Simplot Grower Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Lead to play a critical role in supporting daily operations and customer success. In this highly independent position, you'll coordinate inventory, product movement, and deliveries while partnering closely with sales teams, customers, and operations to ensure products arrive safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, inventory management, product receiving, storage, and customer deliveries.
- Schedule and support loading, unloading, and movement of fertilizer and crop input products.
- Assist with facility, fleet, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform inventory counts, and support product purchasing and replenishment needs.
Customer & Sales Support
- Serve as a key point of coordination between customers, Crop Advisors, and operations teams.
- Process customer orders, prepare work orders and product documentation, and support walk-in and phone-in customers.
- Help ensure accurate, timely product fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.
Safety & Compliance
- Support and promote a strong safety culture by following company, DOT, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in safety initiatives, maintain required records, and ensure operational compliance standards are met.

Typical Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Agricultural background highly preferred
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including managing out-of-the-ordinary assignments
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think critically and adapt
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak agricultural seasons
